“In September 2015, we commissioned The IT Trainer to deliver 2 Microsoft Excel training workshops to selected members of staff, and since then we enjoy an excellent working relationship with the Company. They have become are ‘go to’ supplier, not only for IT Training, but their extensive knowledge and experience means that are well placed to advise on all IT matters, and we continue to use their services on a regular basis.
What impressed me from Day One was their flexibility and their willingness to understand our specific needs, which, as a Premier League Club, can be diverse. On each project where we have worked together, they have taken time out to understand what we need to achieve and always recommend realistic and cost-effective ways forward. These solutions continue to be a combination of IT Training and/or IT Consultancy. The IT Trainer always offer great value for money with the services they provide and their product knowledge is unquestioned. Typical projects have included a 10-day Microsoft training programme delivered in half-day workshops across our two main locations, and advice and guidance on the production of our Company Handbook.
In early 2020 we worked closely with The IT Trainer in the development of our e-Learning Portal. This has become the central focus for our Employee Distance Learning requirements, and which turned into an invaluable learning tool during the pandemic. Once again The IT Trainer were very open to understand what we required and we are very pleased with our Portal, which continues to be developed.
In addition, we are continuing to work with The IT Trainer to develop effective business solutions using the Microsoft 365 suite, in close consultation with several departments within our club. These include the use of Forms/Automate to increase back-office efficiency on routine tasks, advice on the use of SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, and complex technical discussions regarding our requirements for Compliance and Security.
I would not hesitate to recommend The IT Trainer to other companies looking
to improve efficiency with their business IT. “
