Here at The IT Trainer we are justifiably proud of our track record of delivering IT Training and IT Solutions to our Customers. Since setting up in business in 2004, we now have more than 180 major Customers, many of whom return to us for additional IT Training and services.
Although our Clients are mainly based in the UK, we have recently delivered training in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Casablanca (Morocco) and Munich (Germany) and, with the introduction of our e-Learning services, our products can now be introduced worldwide.

On a personal recommendation from a business associate, we were introduced to The IT Trainer in October 2014 to provide in-house Microsoft Word training. This first session was a success, and we have continued to utilise The IT Trainer as our ‘go to’ providers ever since. One of the main benefits of their training is their flexibility, they do not deliver ‘off-the-shelf’ syllabus sessions, instead focussing each delivery on our precise needs and taking time out to ascertain these prior to the 121 sessions and workshops.
We have received training mainly
on the Microsoft Office Suite, allowing us to become more effective and
efficient in our day-to-day operations, with the impressive ROI making the
sessions worthwhile. Training has been delivered at our Sheffield Head
Office and in several other locations throughout the UK. Advice has also
been given on non-training aspects of IT, such as the possible provision of
Data Capture Apps and the design of our Intranet.
We recently commissioned The IT Trainer to design and build an e-Learning Portal, which provides an excellent example of their ability to provide a range of solutions. Close consultation was a feature of this particular project, allowing us to receive the precise ‘look and feel’ we were seeking, and we will be utilising this platform for other aspects of the business in the future.
