“On the personal recommendation of our Business Development Manager, we commissioned The IT Trainer to deliver a series of remote workshops on Microsoft 365, which were successfully completed in October 2020. Pre-delivery, I was impressed by the manner in which they approached the training, spending time to ascertain our precise training needs, and together we agreed that a series of 90-minute sessions would be ideal for us, scheduled throughout the day, to cause minimum disruption to working schedules.
The main aim of the sessions was to assist colleagues overcome some cases of M365 ‘Blind-spot’, making them aware of how 365 can and will benefit TLD, introducing best and consistent practice (e.g. reducing internal email traffic via use of Teams) and increasing their confidence when using 365. We focussed on Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and some Outlook ‘tips and tricks’. Time was also allowed for Q&A.
The post-training review meeting was over in a matter of minutes as the sessions had ticked every box and had been well received by my colleagues, there wasn’t a single area of concern. I have approached The IT Trainer for follow-up sessions, and I will not hesitate to recommend their services to other companies.”
