Introduction to Microsoft Copilot
Copilot is, in a sentence, is Microsoft’s Artificial Intelligence product which works hand-in-hand with the Microsoft Office suite. There are 2 main components, Copilot Chat and Copilot 365, both of which are covered in this half-day workshop.
Use Copilot to allow AI to assist you with, for example:
- Copilot 365 with Word – “Write a document on the importance of work/life balance.”
- Copilot 365 with PowerPoint – “Prepare a presentation about our new product launch.”
- Managing Emails in Outlook with Copilot 365 – “Draft a response to the email thread to convey the following points…”
- Analyse Excel Data with Copilot 365 – “Show me insights into last year’s sales figures.”
- Using Copilot 365 in Teams – “What decisions were made at the meeting and can you suggest the next steps?”
- Conversations with Copilot Chat – “What is ChatGPT?”
