Caddick Construction Builds Microsoft 365 Skills with The IT Trainer
The Client
Caddick Construction is a well-established construction and civil engineering business delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors throughout the UK.
The Requirement
Caddick Construction wanted to help employees make more effective use of Microsoft 365 applications within their everyday roles. The training programme was designed to develop practical digital skills, increase confidence and enable team members to work more efficiently.
Following the successful delivery of the earlier stages of the programme, The IT Trainer was invited back to deliver Phase 3 of the onsite training.
The Training
The IT Trainer delivered practical, instructor-led Microsoft 365 training at Caddick Construction’s premises. The sessions were tailored to the needs and existing skill levels of the participants, with a strong emphasis on relevant workplace tasks and features that employees could begin using immediately.
The interactive format gave attendees the opportunity to ask questions, practise techniques and explore more efficient ways of completing their day-to-day work.
The Outcome
The completion of Phase 3 represents another successful stage in Caddick Construction’s continued investment in employee development and digital capability.
The training helped participants to:
- Increase their confidence when using Microsoft 365 applications, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Discover useful features, shortcuts and more efficient working methods
- Apply their learning to practical workplace tasks
- Improve consistency in how Microsoft 365 tools are used across the organisation
- Reduce time spent completing routine administrative activities
