Born and bred in Sheffield, Phil brings genuine realism, customer care and his keen Yorkshire sense of humour to his Business Development role here at The IT Trainer. He is primarily tasked with bringing in new business.
Phil specialises in building relationships with customers ‘from the ground up’, and therefore excels at understanding his Customers’ individual requirements to recommend unique and tailored solutions. His previous roles have included Senior Fundraiser for the RSPCA, before setting up his own Business Development Management company.
