Any colleague can email questions or problems about Microsoft Apps, with an initial response guaranteed within 1 working day. This covers core apps like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms, Copilot and related IT queries.
The service will run as a 3-month trial, with monthly usage reports and regular reviews. You can send queries to a dedicated email address, with replies by email, phone or both.
Based on around 10 queries per month (about 5 hours total), the cost is £375 + VAT per month, paid in advance. Extra queries are fine within a fair-use approach. One month’s notice is required to cancel.
