About the IT Trainer and Callcredit:

The IT Trainer have delivered several Microsoft Office training projects to Leeds based Callcredit over a 3 year period and have just commenced the latest project which will include Callcredit’s sister company, Latitude, based in Warrington.  These projects have also included delivery in Latitude’s London office.  Training has been delivered via workshops in three levels of Excel and Outlook, as well as individual training sessions on other Microsoft products such as Access and Project.  Prior to undertaking the training sessions, delegates completed a Training Needs Analysis questionnaire which was used to ascertain their skill levels, thus ensuring the delegates attended the sessions best suited to their learning requirements.  For each of Callcredit’s training sessions, the learning has been enhanced by the design and utilisation of workshop examples which are specific to their needs.

What the IT Trainer have delivered to Callcredit Information Group:

9 days IT training were delivered to Callcredit throughout 2014, with additional projects in progress which commenced in April 2015.  Following on from the ongoing success of the Microsoft Office training, The IT Trainer were commissioned by Callcredit to provide a series of half day workshops on the Concur Expenses software, which consisted of 8 days on-site training concluding in March 2015.
