Here is a comment from a delegate who received Outlook training via email - one email per day for 20 days ......

“What I found really useful was assigning emails to Tasks and Calendar events, also the simple change of screen view helped enormously.  It took my focus away from the incoming emails and onto what I wanted to be focused on in that moment in time.  It effectively enabled me to move from the 'Not Urgent and Not Important' quadrant to the more productive 'Urgent but Not Important' in Stephen Covey's Classifications.  In simple terms it allowed me to stop fire-fighting and reacting to other people’s demands on my time and get on with what I have deemed to be important for me to be doing.”
